Strength of Character doesn't depend on age , one can be 5 and have a very strong character ,that sometimes even the parents can't put up with, and one can be 25 and have a weak character ,that you'll wonder why at that age one doesn't have a strong character .
Remember there are genes ,that helps in deciding the person's personality, I'm not saying that only genes build the character , but genes are part of it in addition to the upbrining and the environment of the person.
