Jerks

You know that there are bullies in each playground in every school , it's only natural ...as Bullies are kids / Teenagers , so it's not immature of them to act bad , but when it becomes unnatural is when one finishes college and still has the same mentality as in school , you see them.., those Bosess who are jerks , or the Bitchy coworkers , who are usually in thier late 20's - 30's and above and still act like a bad child who go on spreading rumors , ruiening reputations ,seeking weaker individuals to make fun of or to use things against those people . I don't know why usually Bullies stay Bullies till the rest of thier life , unless something life altering drastically changes them , maybe it's a personality disorder ...that starts from youth and continues till adulthood , that's more like it .
