I want my Lip Piercing back!

So as i have said used to have the medical lip piercing , when i tried to put on the permanent one , it didn't fit , so i removed the medical piercing and didn't put the permanent one ,so now i don't have any lip piecing on lips , i think the hole got closed >:( , will try to put the piercing back see if it's still open , if not when i go with my friend to the piercing place will pierce my ears and hopefully my lip again! I want this on my Lips

But only the lower one ,the one UNDER the lip.
