Are only some people deserving of bein pretty?!

How many times have you seen a 'could be very pretty girl' if only she had clear skin on her face instead of acne and pigmentation , or if only she had a small nose instead of a big and crooked nose , or if only she had nice teeth . The thing is these girls would go into operation for a nice nose or nice teeth or they would take a strong medication to have nice skin, yet SOME girls are lucky to fix thier defos while others aren’t that lucky , they would still have acne and pigmentation and sometimes it will get worse (after the medication) , the croocked ugly nose that is fixed with surgery will look worse , the one with bad teeth doesn’t have enough money to do the operation , or can’t do it for some reason . so you see it’s as if God chooses some people to be pretty or only some people are deserving of being pretty !
