Ponder upon this

Isn't it a bit weird that people can out age thier parents ?, like if a parent passed away by the age of 27 , the son is now 50 ,so the son is older then the father , who was older then him when he was born, and if the son has sons or daughters , and they are like in thier 30's then they are older then thier grandfather who passed away at 27 ,just a thought !
