Whose the Boss ?!

Well in what I see with people working with family (family buisness) , I think it's good and bad,good in the sense that the money goes to the family , bad in the sense that if one of the siblings is the boss , the other is an employee, so the sibling bosess the emplyee around (it feels kinda strange to have one's brother /sister as his /her boss), especially if the relationship outside work isn't that good. There are alot of family buisnesses , and I see alot of fighting because of that , and also i see alot of wonderful outcome ..so it's good and not gonna say bad, but it does have it's downside ,like any regular job.
