Happy go pretty

If alot and I mean alot of girls are goodlooking and the procedures that they have gone through made them look good and stay good , while others struggle with mediocre looks or ugly looks , perhaps they are too fat , too tall, too short, the acne returned after taking medication for 6 months,and the only way is to take another stronger medication that would probably affect the health inroder to kill the acne , then it means that God doesn't really like them , otherwise why wouldn't they look good ?!,or that God is sadistic who like torturing good souls , like how some people like to hurt others forfun, maybe it's God's way of having fun ? .
