Environment or genes ?

I've mentioned genes and looks , well how about genes , enviroment and personality?.
One of the people that I think is hell to be them , are those who are introverted ,lonely, shy,quite and untrusting of others , imagine that you find it hard opening up to people ..talking to them , not trusting them , all this because of ones genes that happened to make that person that way also the enviroment he is in . If you happen to not have "wonderful parents" , then most probably you'll have problems ...and most likely they are personal ones ,because if you live in a household that isn't stable and that there is no commuinication or love then how can you be able to have this with the outside world ,also if you happen to have relatives with ugly personality (quite ,introverted...etc) then most likely you or someone close is gonna have this personality .I know a man who happened to not have the so wanted genes that would make a person have wonderful qualities , but his brother was the opposite , so lovable and sociable , even though they lived in the same household ,they had different personalities . It is so relaxing to be an outgoing person , who loves life and the world , I know this from experience :) , and I think people who don't have the it personality aren't open or sociable live a lonely life , but is it really thier genes or the enviroment that they were/are in ? Who or what is it to blame ?
